• Georeferencing of 13 villages on high resolution satellite data of the year
2017, included in the Nanded-Waghala City Municipal Corporation
(NWCMC).
• Rectification of the high-resolution satellite data of the year 2017.
• Creation of Base map of these villages which covers an area of
41.60sq.km.
• Preparation of Assets Property (ASPO) map for the 13 villages of NWCMC.

• Georeferencing of sanctioned layout maps on the high-resolution satellite
data of the year 2017 for these 13 villages, provided by town planning
department of NWCMC.

• Preparation of Existing Land Use (ELU) for preparation of Development
Plan of Special Unit.
• Internal and External Quality assessment of the data prepared by MRSAC
for Town planning department of NWCMC.
• Design and development of the standards for Geo-Spatial database for
NWCMC in GIS environment.
