“EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE” means a Committee constituted by the Governing Body, MRSAC, and it shall consist of the Director, MRSAC as Chairman, any of the three local members of the Governing Body of MRSAC as members with Administrative Officer as the Member Secretary of the Committee.
