To achieve the objectives of the project, the database available with MRSAC
will be utilized. Since locations of asset is a primary requirement w.r.t certain

reference system, high resolution satellite images is not needed for execution

of this project. Initially, locations of assets/activities will be highlighted upon

default reference system preferably Google Earth Basemap or any other
image Basemap, but gradually it will move to MRSAC base data layers. Only

on completion of the priorities districts case in all respect, work would be

carried out at production level throughout entire Maharashtra State. Of course,
checks & balances will be set in order to push-in authorized data into the

proposed system. Project implementation will be done either on priority or in

phase manner as per the requirement of MEDA. Capacity building of user

department will be done to establish assured handholding amongst both the

parties. Once ensured, system so developed will be transferred to 1 party for
future maintenance under guidance of MRSAC.
