Quality Assurance & Database Validation

MRSAC will ensure that the desired accuracy of mapped asset locations is
maintained. User department will have checks for not throwing garbage
data into the system. If so, that must be bring into notice so as to amend it
in time. The user department must depute one person for validating
mapped assets/activities at mutually agreed frequency and report the
discrepancies to MRSAC coordinator on time. Once assured, MRSAC will
accept and integrate that all mapped assets/activities into final database

for further visualizations.

Data Standards & Specifications

MRSAC have designed standard asset codes for entire gamut of assets
that are available in Maharashtra State under project of State Asset
Mapping and Monitoring Systems (SAMMS). This standard of asset coding
is commensurate with National Asset Directory (NAD). In extension to this
asset coding, MRSAC designed codes for different assets that are
available with MEDA under MahaURJA project. The list of probable assets
along with its code is summarized below;
