The present document is a Memorandum of Understanding between Directorate of

Municipal Administration (DMA), Government of Maharashtra and Maharashtra Remote

Sensing Application Centre (MRSAC) for effective implementation of Geo-spatial database
creation and Municipal Base map creation with effective integration with ERP/SAP

(separately generated by ULBs) on web portal as Decision support system in near future.

Following are the objectives of the project activity based on the interaction with DMA, its

allied ULBs and MRSAC:

➢ To prepare an image base of the ULBs with the satellite data procured under the

MahaBHUMI project.

➢ All Land (Plot - optional) and Asset (Building) Property assessment with general land

Create Unified database for ULBs for digital Property Taxation System.
