Methodology

➢ Verification and validation through field survey: This activity has to be taken up

separately by the ULBs as separate activity and has to be finished in a time-bound

manner for further integration with the GIS data.
➢ Assigning appropriate codes and Integration: Assignment and validation of the various link

codes, data fidelity checking and finalization for web integration.

➢ Mobile Application development: Formulation of the SRS by DMA& MRSAC, and

implementation & development of the web portal, deployment, testing and auditing.
Presently this is not there in the scope of work and will be done by the SI.

➢ Integration with available Tax records of ULBs: Interaction with the ULB officials for linking

of the GIS Land Property boundaries with property numbers assigned by ULBs, whereas
integration of GIS database with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/SAP (ERP
6 Software) will be sole responsibility of System Integrator.

➢ Capacity Building and handing-over of the deliverables: Final handing over the data to
ULBs and train the manpower for various utilities and applications. In the present scope of

work the training component is not included and may be done by the SI.
